During the proofreading work we closely compare the source and translated text and correct any possible imperfections and inconsistencies. This way we ensure that the resulting text is flawless, fully complies with your requirements and takes the target audience into account. Proofreading is a standard and recommended procedure, especially if the materials are intended for public distribution (for example, catalogues, instructions for use, advertising materials, website content or software localization).

Similarly to the translation service, we assign the proofreading tasks only to native linguists with adequate knowledge of the particular field.

We also perform the pre-print proofreading, which is usually a follow-up to the desktop publishing stage. It serves as a final assurance that the layout and formatting is correct and that all text and graphic content is in the right place in the target document prior to its publication.
